Description

Designed to look like a normal sling-pack, the Sentinel is built for carriers who are done choosing between comfort and being armed.

The loop-lined firearm compartment works with the included holster, or any holster with hook velcro on the back. The Sentinel fits everything from a Sig P365 to a Glock 17.

Carry at chest level and draw in under 2 seconds using the pull tab. Your spare mags, IFAK, wallet, and keys each have their own space, so you never expose your gun reaching for your phone.

The pack's ambidextrous shoulder strap can be easily changed for right or left-hand use and has plenty of length to fit most body types. The accessory compartment has built-in elastic loops for up to 3 spare magazines, as well as multiple dividers and pockets for everyday items.

Returns & exchanges

Our gear has to fit your gun, your body, and the way you carry. If it doesn't, send it back.

Free exchanges and free returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchange it for a different size, model, or fit. We cover shipping both ways.
  • Or return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

There are no restocking fees. Return shipping is on us for orders shipped within the United States.

Trying it at home is expected

Try it with your firearm, your clothes, and your setup. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must come back:

  • Clean and undamaged, with all parts, straps, and inserts
  • In its original packaging
  • Without signs of everyday carry or use, such as wear marks, stains, odors, or modifications

Custom-molded Kydex holsters

Our Kydex holsters are molded to the handgun you choose, and they're covered by this policy too.

If you picked the wrong model or it doesn't suit your setup, the quickest fix is a free remold for the right handgun. Choose "Exchange" when you start your return.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email sales@elitesurvival.com with your order number.
  2. Select the items you're sending back, and choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
  3. We'll email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label.

Ordered a combo? Your Kydex holster and your pack may go back to different addresses, so you'll get a separate label for each. Use the label that matches each item.

Refunds

We inspect every return when it arrives. Your refund is issued within 3 business days of that, and we'll email you when it's done. Most banks take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Prefer store credit? Choose it when you start your return and we'll add $10 on top of the full amount.

Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered.

What can't be returned

  • Items marked Final Sale, such as mystery boxes
  • Gift cards
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show everyday carry, wear, or damage. We'll contact you and either send the item back to you or offer a partial refund.

Defects are covered for life

This return policy is for gear that isn't right for you. Defects are covered separately by our lifetime warranty against defects, at any time. Contact us at sales@elitesurvival.com and we'll make it right.

International orders

International orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions. The customer pays return shipping and any duties.

Fair use

We include one prepaid return label per order. We may decline future returns on accounts with a pattern of excessive returns.

Orders placed through a dealer or wholesale account are covered by our dealer terms, not this policy.

Questions before you switch

Will it look like I'm carrying?

No. It looks like a normal everyday sling pack. Your gun sits in its own compartment, with no bulge at your waistband.
Isn't IWB better?

If you can carry IWB comfortably every day, it's hard to beat. But a lot of carriers can't, or don't, and the gun ends up at home. The Sentinel is for those days. A handgun in a sling pack you're actually wearing beats one in the safe.
Is drawing from a pack slower than from my waistband?

With the pull tab you can draw from chest level in under 2 seconds, but it's a different motion from a waistband draw. Practice with an unloaded firearm until it's second nature.
Will my gun fit?

The Sentinel carries best with compact and micro-compact handguns like the Sig P365 X-Macro, Glock 19, and 19X. It fits full-size handguns up to a Glock 17, but they ride bigger. The Kydex holster is molded for 80+ models, including light-bearing versions for Streamlight TLR and SureFire X300, and every model is optic ready.
Does it come with a holster?

Yes. It ships with an adjustable hook-and-loop holster that fits most handguns, covers the trigger completely, and locks into the loop-lined compartment, so it's ready to carry out of the box.

If you want a holster molded to your exact handgun, add a Kydex Velcro® Holster above. It's made to order for your handgun, weapon light, and draw hand, and every model is optic ready.
Is the included holster safe? It isn't Kydex.

The included holster is thick, adjustable nylon that wraps around your gun and covers the trigger, so it stays protected. It works with most handguns straight out of the box. If you want the locked-in feel of a holster molded to your exact gun, add the Kydex Velcro® Holster above.
Is my gun secure inside a pack?

Both holsters cover the trigger and press onto the loop lining, so they stay at the angle you set. The Kydex holster also clicks when you re-holster. Like any off-body carry, keep the pack on you and in your control.
If I add the Kydex holster, why does it ship separately?

Each one is molded to your exact gun after you order. Your pack ships right away, and the holster follows in 5–7 business days.
I'm left-handed. Does it work?

Yes. The strap switches sides for right- or left-hand carry. The Kydex holster comes in both draw hands.
