Gatco Double Duty Carbide Knife Sharpener

This unique sharpener combines the best features of our GATSTIX® ceramic sharpener and Edgemate® carbide sharpener. Two precision ground, tungsten carbide blades pre-set at 35°, quickly sharpen the dullest blades in four or five light strokes. The two fine ceramic rods at a pre-set angle, put the polished, final edge on your blade. The carbide and ceramic sharpening elements are set in an ABS Polymer frame with slip-resistant feet and slip-resistant gripping pads.

How to use:
Top: Draw knife completely through the carbides in one steady motion. Repeat 4-5 times.
Right: Polish the edge using the two fine ceramic rods with a slicing, sharpening motion.
