Elite Survival Systems tends to have stuff made in Vietnam so definitely check the tag if you somehow chose to order this junk.
First design flaw - the velcro is trash and won't stay in place. Why is the heaviest object (the laptop) carried held by just two velcro tabs?
Second design flaw - the unpadded AC adapter and mouse pockets don't hold that much to begin with, and they press against the velcro from the inside.
Third design flaw - the main pocket to begin with is already unpadded junk.
You will regret buying this shoddy product, look elsewhere. It is definitely not worth 44.95 of your money.
