Several years ago I called Elite about a concern and spoke to a real human being. He told me that the backpack was unconditionally guaranteed and to return it for a free replacement. My concern never materialized, but I've had peace-of-mind since.

Finally a company that sticks to it's tactical roots instead of going for tacticool!!! While all the old school tactical companies that specialize in civilian markets cut corners on the quality of their nylon, zippers and buckles, Elite stays true to their roots and has a customer for life as long as they keep it up. This is about the seventh bag I have bought from Elite and have NEVER been disappointed. This backpack is bombproof. All seems and stitching are top notch. Zippers are small but very durable. Zipper pulls help a great deal with someone with meat hooks for hands like me. Design is well thought out especially the removeable braided paracord grab handle. Utilitarian and durable. Nothing fancy but a backpack that will last a lot longer than me in the field! LOL!!
