Perfect size for 2 Narcans, the one major drawback is the snaps for attaching the pouch to my vest. They do not stay snapped and the pouch just flops around. Bad design for molle.

I have been using it every day for 3 weeks. Under the item, I use an apple airtag with molle to hide it and find my vest if lost stolen, or other.
Dimensions are hard to find no one knows but I only use one Narcan in it 2 is too fat. Height is 4 inches Length 3 and1/8 inches. The side Width is 2 1/8 depending on how you fill it. I use chapstick and gum in the front Narcan in the back separated end of the pouch.
The velcro and item is very high quality. Hopefully, it is barry compliant I tend to open and close it 5-10 times a day on duty. I have other pouches this is by far the most durable and compact out there very pleased and fits on a vested below bodycam.
